We are a high volume hip family ran spot in Capital Hill Denver, successful for over 30 years and strive to ensure customers leave with nothing but smiles, laughter and a A+ experience with dining with us. This individual can handle theirselves and their duties during high volume nights and is able to keep their team motivated and shape success by positive leadership, example and long term thinking.

As manager, you will be responsible of ensuring quality customer service, professional and friendly vibes, and ensuring quality of amazing food and drinks.

The manager will also be responsible for scheduling, schedule conflicts, hiring & training new staff, inventory counts; as well as helping out all team members helping where you can while being personable with customers. Managing flow of operations and ensuring food and drinks are served to restaurants standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience
Reliable Transportation
Tech Savvy (Excel, word & social media)
*Serving & Bartending experience is a must
Open availability with no time restrictions
30-40 hours a week
