- Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor
- Minimum of 3 year experience in restaurant industry
- Excellent knowledge of food trends
- Excellent communication skills

Supervise the day

to day operations of the Restaurant including but not limited to:
-Oversee the inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment
-Ensure dining experience is in compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the guest expectations.
-Maintain strong communication within the department
-Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service to ensure the business is complying with health and food safety regulations
-Support hotel activities for planning and organization
- Motivate the team to bring out excellent performance, enforce discipline when required and participate in the evaluation of their performance
- Other duties as assigned
