We are now accepting applications for the Retail Development Officer position. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Focus on business development within a specified local market area.
  • Participate in extensive partnering with all lines of business within the bank to insure the local market's service and sales goals are exceeded and promote the bank's service and sales culture by the modeling of relationship management/deepening skills.
  • Full working knowledge in the bank's product/services, operations, back office functionality and small business operations is exhibited.
  • Incumbents will be expected to expand existing business relationships, develop new business and meet established goals of the market area while ensuring the banks credit quality and risk management guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain a high visibility with the local market served.
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, and motivation in sales and client service to the branch team as directed by Retail Management.
  • Effectively sell the Bank's products and services; manage all aspects of the market area, while providing a high level of quality service to all clients as well as drive profitable volume growth from existing and new customers on an ongoing basis.
This position requires Federal Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), in accordance with the SAFE Act. Other duties as assigned.
