The Roving Front Office Agent must provide an exceptional level of service for Hyatt guests and associates. Responsibilities, include, but are not limited to cash control, preparing and balancing various reports, responding to guest service issues, and the check-in and check-out process. Additionally, the Roving Front Office Agent will answer incoming phone calls and efficiently direct phone traffic. This role gives opportunity to assist guests by providing information and services and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include dispatching guest request calls, initiating emergency response procedures, and wake up calls.
This is a full-time position and open overnight availability is required for this position. The Roving Front Office Agent should be available to work weekdays, holidays and weekends. A typical schedule may begin at 10PM and end at 630AM. The schedule is based on business needs.
$13.00 per hour. For overnight positions, a $.50 shift differential is provided.

- Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
- Previous consistent customer service experience required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organization skills.
- This position requires a considerable amount of standing.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
