Position Summary: The line cook works with the Chefs to execute food production and deliver great customer service. This person reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine and works closely with the kitchen, deli & bakery staff members.

Success Patterns: The ideal candidate for this position...
Has previous experience working on the hot line in a restaurant kitchen
Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, and stand through shift and carry, lift or move 25 lbs
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has obtained ServSafe certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Has received TIPS training (or willing to receive upon hire)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends
