We are seeking a highly motivated, result driven Executive Director who passionately

believes that he or she has a calling to serve seniors. The ideal candidate is a highly competitive, sales driven person with a proven track record leading premier senior housing communities. We are looking for an Administrator who thrives on meeting challenges head on and does not believe in barriers - only opportunities. He or she must have excellent communication and leadership skills and a drive to be the best. Willingness to travel is a must; you'll have the opportunity to travel to our various communities and provide energy and leadership where needed, while making the lives of our residents the best they can be. Executive Director Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of our Community
• Lead the Marketing and Sales efforts to increase census growth
• Maintain high resident satisfaction
• Recruit, train, mentor and inspire our team members
• Consistently deliver exceptional health services
• Manage budget to meet financial goals

Required Skills / Experience
• High School graduate required, college preferred.
• Must be a licensed Administrator or be able to obtain license as an Administrator.
• Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.

Desired Skills / Experience
• Licensed Administrator with a Bachelors Degree.
• 4 plus years experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living/Independent Living or Memory Care facility.
