Primary responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day first level desktop support, including:hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, customization, maintenance, evaluation, and testing.

Responsible for the support and configuration of

PC desktop operating systems and applications, including:Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, WordPerfect, Lotus Notes Email, FTR Gold, Internet Explorer, etc.

Responsible for the support and configuration of hardware and peripherals, including: Intel-based PCs and laptops, monitors, local and network printers, scanners, etc.

Prepares and maintains technical documentation for use of court software applications, hardware use and procedures.

Proposes and advises on upgrades and new technology.

Other duties as assigned.
