Denver Company based out of Denver and Los Angeles seeking Full Time Voice/Data Technician.


Key Responsibilities:
• Install analog and digital voice and data telecommunications equipment
• Employ appropriate troubleshooting

techniques for analog and digital voice and data problems
• Complete work orders for adds, moves and changes, and repairs in one or more product lines
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Receive, plan and prioritize jobs/work orders via centralized dispatch on his/ her routes on a daily basis
• Submit all paperwork associated with jobs
• Maintain a complete and updated truck inventory of all tools and equipment necessary to complete jobs
• Participate in rotating 24 hour on-call coverage
• Additional responsibilities as position requires

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• 2+ years telecommunications experience
• Mitel, Avaya, Cisco etc. training/ certifications highly preferred
• Thorough understanding of procedures, programs, and standards of product systems
• Ability to handle projects at a moderately complex level
• Ability to work on own with discretion and with limited supervision
• Good customer service skills with good communication skills and solid work ethic
• Valid drivers license
• PC knowledge with MS Office product experience
