Basic Qualifications
Engineering or Construction Management degree with five (5) years of experience in large scale construction (new or retrofit) projects or 10 or more equivalent years of work experience

Knowledgeable of commonly accepted construction safety/environmental and work practices in applicable disciplines
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Experience with all MS Office applications

Desired Qualifications
4 or more years of wind construction experience
4 or more years of electrical substation construction experience
Strong background in substation relay and controls
Experience in supervising heavy industrial construction contractors.
Demonstrate ability to set priorities, control stressful situations, provide instructions and direct other team members.
Ensure the execution and compliance of EH&S requirements and procedures is followed
Conformance of completed work to approved specifications and drawings, and utilization of appropriate construction work practices and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
