Two people have been taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after a three-vehicle wreck that injured as many as 12 people, Aurora police said Sunday.

Others who

were injured were treated at the scene, said Sgt. Chris Amsler, Aurora police spokesman.

Police closed the intersection at South Buckley Road and East Hampden Avenue after the accident at 2:05 p.m., Amsler said.
