Contractors Equipment Center has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator at our Commerce City headquarters location!
In this role, the Office Administrator will ensure day-to-day operations of the office by performing a wide range of administrative support functions. This position is customer service oriented therefore, a professional and poised working relationship with CEC management team and co-workers is required in order to identify issues and work together to resolve them.
Other Job Responsibilities include:
• Processes accounts receivables and/or accounts payable
• Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls
• Respond to emails, communicate with co-workers, and customers in a professional manner
• Answer phones and take messages with a professional demeanor
• Perform other job duties as assigned
• Provide quality customer service
The following credentials are required:
• Pass drug screen / complete background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible team player, with positive attitude.
